All District 7 Officers, Committee Members, all District 7 Post Commanders, 1 st Vice Commanders, 2 nd Vice Commanders, Adjutants as well as all Legion Members, Program Advisors and Guests are invited to attend.

District 7 Auxiliary Unit will be meeting.

0900 - Social Time: Coffee and Donuts may be available (Donations appreciated)
0930 – Executive and Finance Committees meet, if needed
1000 – Regular meeting
1100 – Post everlasting
1130 – Lunch
1300 - meeting will continue, if necessary.

Lunch, Hamburgers provided by the Auxiliary - Donation of $10 is requested

agenda.

REMEMBER THAT EACH POST IS TO BRING A FUND-RAISING ITEM.

Additional Fund-Raising items are welcome. Note: 1st and 3 rd meetings go to Legion, 2 nd and 4 th goes to Auxiliary. Proceeds from this meeting will go to the District 7 Legion.

Also remember to provide a Post Report regarding post activities since last meeting (Email or written) for this meeting. Do not forget to provide a list of your Dearly Departed member’s names to the Chaplain for the memorial Service.
